To better serve our growing Telugu-speaking patient community, we are looking for a dedicated Guest Relations Executive fluent in Telugu to join our team.

Job Summary

The Guest Relations Executive will be the face of Naruvi Hospitals, responsible for ensuring a warm, respectful, and smooth experience for all patients and visitors — with special focus on Telugu-speaking guests. This role involves coordinating with departments, addressing concerns, and facilitating services to enhance overall patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with Telugu-speaking patients and families, providing clear explanations and support.
  • Assist in patient registration, appointment scheduling, and navigation within the hospital.
  • Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
  • Liaise with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain accurate logs of guest interactions and feedback.
  • Support during patient admission and discharge processes.
  • Uphold Naruvi’s standards of care, confidentiality, and service excellence at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluency in Telugu and English (spoken & written) is mandatory; Tamil or Hindi is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a hospital or hospitality setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, hospital software systems a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,734.14 - ₹10,000.00 per month
