Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relation Executive, located in Haridwar. The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, providing excellent customer service, and handling receptionist duties. The role also includes ensuring guest satisfaction, managing guest requests, and assisting in sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Proficient Communication and Receptionist skills
• Experience in Sales and Hospitality industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Fluency in English and Hindi is a plus
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
