LOCATION:THRISSUR

We are looking for a warm, professional, and service-oriented Guest Relation Executive to be the face of our hotel and ensure a welcoming guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests during check-in/check-out
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests courteously
• Coordinate with departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain guest records and preferences
• Promote hotel services and upsell amenities

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• 0-2 years’ experience in guest relations/front office in hotels or resorts
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (other languages a plus)
• Positive, customer-focused attitude
• Local candidates preferred
