Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Patient assistance:

    Provide information on doctors, treatment plans, and hospital services.
  • Coordination:

    Work with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for patients and their families.
  • Issue resolution:

    Address patient and visitor inquiries, handle complaints, and escalate issues to the appropriate management when necessary.
  • Guidance:

    Guide patients and visitors through the hospital and explain procedures.
  • Administrative support:

    Assist with front desk operations, including appointment assistance, call transfers, and managing records.
  • Feedback management:

    Collect and manage guest feedback and use it to improve services.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A professional and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Computer literacy.
