Job Title: Guest Relations Executive Industry: Real Estate preferred Experience Required: 2- 6Years Location: Thatawade and Bavdhan Pune Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a seamless and positive experience to all visitors, clients, and potential buyers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand representation. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests at the property site or corporate office. Handle walk-ins and inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information about available properties, amenities, pricing, and processes. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely follow-up and engagement. Manage front desk operations, including calls, visitor records, and appointment scheduling. Maintain a clean, professional, and customer-friendly reception area. Address client queries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner. Support event coordination during site visits, open houses, and project launches. Provide brochures, promotional material, and other relevant documentation to clients. Track and report daily footfall and visitor engagement metrics. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Hospitality or Marketing preferred). 2–6years of experience in a client-facing or guest relations role, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or retail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Well-groomed with a professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of real estate processes is an added advantage. Preferred Skills: Fluency in English and local language Strong organizational and coordination abilities. Customer-first attitude with a keen eye for detail.
