The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a seamless and positive experience to all visitors, clients, and potential buyers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand representation. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests at the property site or corporate office. Handle walk-ins and inquiries efficiently, providing accurate information about available properties, amenities, pricing, and processes. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely follow-up and engagement. Manage front desk operations, including calls, visitor records, and appointment scheduling. Maintain a clean, professional, and customer-friendly reception area. Address client queries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner. Support event coordination during site visits, open houses, and project launches. Provide brochures, promotional material, and other relevant documentation to clients.
