Job Description

As a Guest Liaison and Property Manager Support at Buddle, you play a crucial role in ensuring seamless stays for guests at short-term holiday rentals. Your responsibilities include: - Responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across multiple booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and the company website. - Vetting potential guests to ensure they meet booking criteria and reviewing guest profiles for any red flags. - Proactively communicating with guests throughout their booking journey, providing instructions, recommendations, and addressing concerns. - Completing accurate guest reviews and collecting feedback to enhance the overall guest experience. - Managing the company email inbox, responding to inquiries, and forwarding or assigning emails to relevant team members. - Addressing guest maintenance requests promptly by liaising with property managers and logging them into the Maintenance portal. - Utilizing Homehero software to manage guest bookings, communications, property information, and tasks. - Identifying areas for improvement in the guest experience and implementing solutions. - Adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism and service. - Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless guest experiences. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1-2 years of experience in short-term rental operations, guest communications, hospitality, and property management. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service. - Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail. - Proficiency in various booking platforms, property management software, and communication tools. - Positive attitude, solution-oriented approach, and a passion for exceeding guest expectations. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
