Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to company processes at 3M Car Care in Visakhapatnam. During the 15-day training period, you will learn the necessary skills to excel in this role. Incentives will be provided based on the targets you meet. Your work timings will be from 9 am to 7 pm with a one-hour lunch break. Any leave requests must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Uniforms will be provided, and you will be entitled to 3 casual leaves per month. Salary hikes are scheduled every January, applicable after completing 12 months from the date of joining. If you decide to resign, please provide a 2 months prior written notice. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers, with day shift schedules. Performance bonuses may be awarded based on your work. Ideally, you should have at least 1 year of work experience. The work location is on-site at the designated facility.,
