Guest Facilitator

You will be responsible for ensuring the following key aspects in your role: - Achieving sales targets - Ensuring that customers are treated well - Adhering to company processes diligently You will be based at 3M Car Care in Visakhapatnam with a training period of 15 days. Incentives will be provided based on the targets achieved. Your working hours will be from 9 am to 7 pm with a one-hour lunch break. Please note that any leave intimation should be given 48 hours in advance. Uniforms will be provided, and you will have 3 casual leaves per month. Additionally, there will be a salary hike every January, applicable after 12 months from your date of joining. In case of resignation, a 2-month prior written intimation is required. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. The work schedule will be in day shifts with a performance bonus structure in place. Preferred experience for this role is 1 year. The work location is on-site.,
