Description
As a GTN Analyst at Lenovo, you play a crucial role in assisting different organizations in making informed business decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Your primary focus will be on GTN Optimization, providing extensive program analytics with valuable insights. Your responsibilities include platform ownership and maintenance, ensuring compliance with global frameworks, analyzing and explaining channel programs and variances, configuring elements for program types through system templates, translating Governance Council agreements into system configuration, and supporting the creation and maintenance of monthly reporting dashboards. Additionally, you will assist in implementing AI functionalities on the database. In this role, you will also be responsible for performing ad hoc data analysis, identifying process improvement opportunities, collaborating with other departments, providing training and support to team members and departments on GTN Management tools. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, along with a data reporting degree. Ideally, you should have 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role. Proficiency in reporting, familiarity with data visualization tools, strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential. Your technical skills should include proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools such as Qlik and Power BI. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are crucial for success in this role. Additionally, you should possess excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
