GTN Analyst

Role Overview: Azurity Pharmaceuticals, a specialty pharmaceutical company, is seeking a GTN Analyst to join their Accounting Team in Hyderabad. As a GTN Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing Gross to Net Revenue operations and supporting the GTN Manager. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and managing gross to net revenue, reconciling sales data, identifying discrepancies, providing variance analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting audits, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and manage gross to net revenue, ensuring accurate calculation of net revenue by considering discounts, rebates, chargebacks, returns, and allowances. - Track and report changes in sales contracts, customer agreements, and pricing arrangements to determine net revenue accurately. - Reconcile gross sales with actual net revenue, investigate variances, and identify root causes. - Provide variances analysis between actuals and forecasted figures, highlighting key trends and business insights. - Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and operations teams to understand contractual terms and ensure accurate net revenue calculations. - Support internal and external audits related to revenue recognition and gross to net adjustments. - Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of gross to net revenues tracking. - Ensure all gross to net revenue data in the financial system is accurate, up to date, and compliant with accounting principles & policies. Qualifications Required: - CA/CWA with 2-3 years of experience or CA Inter/MBA with 7+ years of experience. - Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus. - Working knowledge of US GAAP. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 preferred. - Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office products and financial accounting systems. - Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
