We are looking for a Security Officer Alarm Monitoring with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in alarm monitoring and control room operations. The candidate will be responsible for continuous monitoring of security systems and timely response to alarms to ensure safety and security of premises.
Monitor CCTV, intrusion alarms, fire alarms, and access control systems in real time
Identify, verify, and respond to alarm activations as per SOPs
Coordinate with on-ground security teams, supervisors, and emergency services when required
Maintain accurate incident reports, logs, and escalation records
Ensure compliance with security protocols and client guidelines
Handle false alarms professionally and document corrective actions
Perform shift-based monitoring, including night shifts if required
Report system malfunctions and coordinate with technical teams
Minimum 2 years of experience in alarm monitoring / control room operations
Prior experience with CCTV surveillance and security systems is mandatory
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, incident reporting systems)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to stay alert and calm under pressure
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
