Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad Salary : 31,000 In-Hand per Month Cab Facility : Available for female employees (Swing shift drop & Night shift pickup) About the Role : Are you a security professional with expertise in global security operations? Do you thrive in a high-pressure environment and have a keen eye for security threats? We are looking for a GSOC Specialist to join our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) at a prestigious client site in Hyderabad. In this role, you will monitor security systems, analyze threats, and coordinate incident responses to ensure the safety of personnel and assets. Key Responsibilities Monitor & analyze security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, and incident management tools) Respond to security incidents promptly and coordinate with internal & external teams Document & report incidents in real-time for follow-up investigations Assist in emergency response protocol development and execution Ensure functionality of GSOC systems through routine checks Support security initiatives by providing situational awareness & intelligence Collaborate with global teams to mitigate security risks Generate reports & metrics for decision-making & strategic planning What Were Looking For Education: Bachelors degree in Security Management, IT, or related field (preferred) Certifications: ASIS APP, CPP, or similar (advantageous) Experience : 2+ years in customer service-related roles 1+ year in GSOC, security intelligence, or investigations Skills : Proficiency in CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring systems Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal & written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment Team-oriented mindset & collaboration skills Additional Information Shift Flexibility: Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends & holidays Knowledge of Indian security regulations is a plus
