Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant / GSA – Housekeeping

Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor / Executive Housekeeper
Location: Fragrant Nature Paravur, Kollam

Job Purpose:
To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas, enhancing guest satisfaction and maintaining the property’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Room Cleaning

• Clean and arrange guest rooms as per hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize bathrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.

2. Public Area Cleaning

• Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, corridors, lifts, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Ensure cleanliness of staff areas and back-of-house sections.

3. Laundry & Linen Management

• Handle soiled linen as per hygiene standards.
• Deliver fresh linen to floors and collect used linen for laundry.

4. Guest Service

• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints.
• Provide courteous and professional service at all times.

5. Safety & Hygiene

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and store them correctly.

6. Reporting & Coordination

• Report lost & found items to the housekeeping control desk.
• Inform supervisor of any unusual guest behavior or security concerns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
