GSA - Food & Beverage Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables
• Present menu, take orders accurately, and serve food & beverages
• Set up tables, restaurant sections, and buffet counters
• Ensure proper mise-en-place before each shift
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for order delivery
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness during and after service
• Assist with room service deliveries if required
• Handle guest queries and provide excellent service at all times
• Follow hygiene and safety standards as per hotel policies
• Support supervisors and captains in daily operations
• Assist in billing and POS entry when required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hotel Management or any hospitality certification preferred
• Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply
• Good communication and guest-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
• Professional grooming and positive attitude
• Ability to work in rotational shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
