Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a GSA Food & Beverage professional. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain consistency in menu offerings.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Analyze customer feedback to improve menu offerings and service quality.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
