GSA F&B Service

GSA F&B Service is responsible for providing exceptional dining service to guests in assigned outlets (e.g., restaurant, banquet hall, or room service). The role focuses on accurate order taking, prompt delivery, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery:

  Greet and seat guests, present menus, accurately take

  food and beverage orders

  , and serve items promptly and courteously.

• Table Management:

  Ensure proper

  table setup, clearance, and resetting

  according to established service standards and hygiene protocols.

• Product Knowledge:

  Possess a detailed knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and accompanying beverages to confidently answer guest questions and make

  upselling recommendations

• Billing & Cash Handling:

  Process guest checks and handle payments (cash and credit) accurately following hotel procedures.

• Guest Satisfaction:

  Proactively check on guests throughout their meal and promptly address any concerns or requests to ensure a

  high level of satisfaction

  .

• Hygiene:

  Adhere strictly to all

  food safety and hygiene standards

  (HACCP) in service areas and while handling food and cutlery.
