The role combining subject matter expertise in General Studies and/or English with academic and operational management responsibilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful classroom sessions as a faculty while also overseeing academic execution , batch performance, and center coordination activities. Location: Sikar, Rajasthan Department: Academic Faculty – Defence Wallah Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities:- Academic Delivery (Faculty Role) Conduct engaging classroom sessions for GS (History, Polity, Geography, Economics, Current Affairs) and/or English (Grammar, Comprehension, Vocabulary, etc.) for NDA/CDS aspirants. Prepare and execute lesson plans as per the latest UPSC exam pattern and syllabus. Create mock tests, assignments, and performance-enhancing learning materials. Guide students with academic mentorship, doubt-clearing, and feedback sessions. Academic & Center Management (Administrative Role) Oversee day-to-day academic operations including batch scheduling, faculty coordination, and academic discipline . Track student performance and initiate corrective strategies to improve outcomes. Lead parent-teacher meetings, student progress discussions, and performance reviews. Ensure academic quality, curriculum delivery, and student engagement are consistently maintained. Coordinate with central academic and operations teams for smooth execution of programs. Act as a point of contact for academic escalations and center-level issues. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields (Humanities, English, Political Science, History, etc.). 2+ years of teaching experience in coaching for defence exams like NDA, CDS. Proven ability to manage academic operations or lead a team in a coaching institute. Excellent classroom delivery skills and deep understanding of exam trends. Strong leadership, planning, and organizational capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a dual faculty + center head/academic coordinator role. B.Ed./M.Ed. or other educational management certifications are desirable. Experience in student performance management and retention strategies.
