As a Business Development Executive at Vision Mechatronics, you will play a crucial role in sourcing potential new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing potential new customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers. - Traveling to customer locations to discuss our product range and demonstrate technical features and benefits. - Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products, and composing tender documents and customer proposals. - Generating purchase orders and sales receipts, and ensuring strong customer relations. - Attending product training courses and seminars to stay updated on industry trends. - Meeting sales targets and forecasting sales opportunities for annual operating plans and budgets. - Gathering market intelligence on technical and commercial information, including competition strategies. - Working in line with the company's compliance and business conduct guidelines. - Establishing, maintaining, and improving customer contacts, relationships, and communication. - Acquiring new customers and coordinating with the technical team to offer the best technical and commercial solutions. Requirements: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Energy/Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or MBA. - Strong knowledge of scientific and technical products with attention to detail. - Excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills. - Basic knowledge of computer systems and office software. - Ability to meet sales and commission targets and willingness to travel.
