Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Growth & Outreach Intern position based in West Delhi. As an intern, you will assist in implementing growth strategies, executing outreach campaigns, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for expansion. Day-to-day tasks include supporting sales initiatives, managing projects, engaging with stakeholders, and tracking performance metrics. You will collaborate closely with the team to drive customer acquisition and scale outreach efforts effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge or experience in Growth Hacking and Sales processes
• Project Management skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute tasks
• Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
