That means testing channels, reading the signals, and doubling down on what consistently delivers.I also own brand at Flent, so lead gen and brand will overlap a lot. We'll be working closely to make sure whatever we try on the growth side doesn't just bring in leads, but also feels true to our positioning. Don't expect me to approve a lead gen idea if it sounds non-flent :)

About The Role

You'll be the architect of our lead-generation and conversion playbooks.Your job is to run experiments on both the supply side (landlords) and the demand side (tenants). Some channels will be obvious the ones that can start showing results quickly. Others will take more digging, more trial-and-error, before they start paying off. You'll be testing both, gathering insights, and figuring out where we should double down.You'll also work very closely with the sales team to track conversions making sure those leads actually translate into signed agreements. Think of this job as building the playbooks that keep our supply and demand pipelines healthy, so sales never has to chase in the dark.

What you'll broadly do:

  • Run channel experiments across supply & demand Ads, referrals, cold outreach, partnerships, on-ground activations, anything that can move the needle.
  • Share & Document Document what works, cut what doesn't, and leave behind processes that scale.
  • Track the full funnel From first touch to signed agreements, ensuring lead quality and conversions stay high.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales Align on pipeline quality, feedback loops, and conversion insights.
  • Act as a hybrid operator Some days you'll be a product manager (shaping a flow or funnel), some days a developer (building scrappy tools/automations), and most days a program manager (holding experiments together across teams).
  • Keep growth and brand in sync Make sure our experiments bring in leads and reflect how Flent wants to show up.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Setting up and running campaigns across different channels (digital + offline)
  • Experimenting with new ways to generate leads from cold outreach to partnerships
  • Crunching numbers to figure out which channels bring in high-intent leads
  • Building scrappy tools, dashboards, or automations to speed things up
  • Acting like a PM when needed fixing funnels, tweaking journeys, or improving flows
  • Working closely with Sales to monitor lead quality, pipeline health, and conversion rates
  • Collaborating with Brand on creatives and messaging for experiments
  • Rapidly iterating: doubling down on what works, shutting down what doesn't

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 25 years of experience in marketing, product management, or analytics with a T-shaped understanding of other growth levers.
  • Is part builder, part operator can wear the hat of a product manager, a developer, or a program manager depending on what the problem demands.
  • Is data-driven but creative equally comfortable with SQL sheets and scrappy copywriting.
  • Thrives in 0 ? 1 environments ambiguity, fast pivots, and half-baked asks don't throw you off.
  • Knows their way around growth tools, CRMs, and AI-native workflows and isn't afraid to build scrappy automations.
  • Works well across teams especially with Sales (to track conversions) and Brand (to keep messaging consistent).
  • Has a strong bias for action moves quickly, experiments relentlessly, and gets things shipped.
  • Cares about detail and follow-through doesn't just start experiments, but closes the loop and measures results.
