Job Title: Growth Marketing Associate

Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru, India (5 days work from office)

About the Role

We re looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to plan and execute in-app marketing campaigns that drive engagement and traffic across our banking products. If you re data-driven, hands-on, and have experience with in-app or D2C/e-commerce storefront marketing, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and run in-app campaigns to boost engagement, retention, and conversions.

Use user data and behavior insights to craft personalized marketing flows.

Identify user in-app journeys and work on optimizing them with personalized nudges, and engagement triggers.

Run A/B tests to improve messaging, targeting, and funnel performance.

Track campaign results and identify areas for optimization.

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Tech teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications

2 3 years of experience in in-app marketing, preferably in e-commerce, D2C, or consumer tech domains

Familiarity with CRM, lifecycle, and retention strategies

Understanding of in-app monetization and mobile engagement tactics

Proficient in using analytics tools to track performance and generate insights

Hands-on experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization

Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
