Growth Marketing Associate

Call it Growth Marketing, Retention marketing, CRM or ORM- it all stems down to that this is a Marketing role for people with people skills and well as analytical skills.

At AMINU, we believe the best marketers aren’t born in classrooms, they’re shaped at the front line. That’s why every marketing journey here starts with listening. For the first couple of months, you’ll spend time understanding and responding to real customers. This isn’t just “support”—it’s where you learn what people care about, what frustrates them, and how trust is built. Once you’ve sharpened your listening skills, you’ll get to apply those insights across campaigns, projects, and brand-building activities.

What you’ll do

• Talk to customers: listen, respond, and make skincare feel personal.
• Guide people through routines, answer small concerns, and help them feel at home with AMINU.
• Notice how customers use our website—what clicks, what confuses.
• Share your learnings with the team so we can improve experiences, campaigns, and communication.
• Join discussions with the marketing and founding teams, where ideas are debated, tested, and built.

What you’ll learn

• How to turn raw conversations into insights that shape brand voice and strategy.
• The basics of retention: CRM, WhatsApp/email marketing, and customer experience.
• How to build and maintain trust in everyday interactions.
• What it really takes to run marketing in a fast-growing global skincare brand.

Who we’re looking for

• A people-person who enjoys listening and can communicate clearly.
• Someone who thrives in a little chaos (marketing + social = fast + messy).
• Curious, empathetic, observant, and hands-on, you’d rather try than just watch.
• For full time people: experience in CRM, SEO, WhatsApp/email marketing, and customer retention.

Details:
Duration: 6 months (minimum commitment)

Location: On-site, Kandivali (West), Mumbai

Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday

Stipend: ₹15,000/month + ₹20,000 completion bonus (if you're an intern, for a person with experience; the package will be based on your pervious CTC)
