Growth Manager - Retention

As a Growth Manager - Retention/CRM, your role will involve blending product thinking with data-driven strategy to enhance user engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You will be positioned at the crossroads of product, CRM, and growth, leading initiatives to transform first-time users into loyal, long-term customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead product-led retention initiatives such as subscription models, discounting systems, and the Punya Mudra revamp. - Build and monitor LTV/CAC models across various categories, deities, channels, SKUs, platforms, and cities to guide business decisions. - Conduct customer cohort analysis (repeat, dormant, lapsed) and devise strategies to enhance repeat MTUs. - Develop automated journeys and personalized lifecycle communications in collaboration with CRM and product teams. - Collaborate with data and product teams to establish churn modeling, retention dashboards, and attribution frameworks. - Implement new growth levers like dynamic personalization messaging systems and reactivation hooks. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 4-7 years of experience in growth, retention, or CRM-focused roles, preferably in startups or consumer tech. - Strong analytical skills with practical experience in cohort analysis, LTV/CAC modeling, and funnel optimization. - Proven track record in CRM automation, lifecycle marketing, and product-led retention strategies. - Proficiency in SQL, dashboards (Tableau/Looker/Amplitude), and attribution tools. - Ability to collaborate effectively across product, data, design, and business teams to drive desired outcomes. - Demonstrated hustle mindset with a preference for experimentation, measurement, and iteration. In this role, you will be expected to show improvements in product-led retention metrics, create a Retention Trends Dashboard for daily consumption, and oversee PRD rollouts with post go-live tracking for critical retention features.,
