Growth Manager - Delivery

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1.

• Growth: Drive growth for the delivery business ensuring achievement of AOP targets. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. Predict trends of seasonality and adjust strategies.
• Manage Delivery spends: Build sustainable strategies for growing of the vertical. Ensure spends are within the allocated budgets / optimize cost of delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators for the vertical both growth and CX.
• Identify emerging trends in the home delivery space.
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party aggregators.

• Build, execute and track strategy for achieving the target delivery time, ratings.
• Ensure customer complaint rate is kept under the desired target. Ensure customer complaints are tracked and disseminate actionable intelligence to the restaurant teams and close the loop with the required stakeholders.

• Packaging: Resolve any issues related to packaging and ideate and build required SKUs ensuring the item reaches the customer in the desired manner.
• Menu: Menu engineering, sequencing, layering or other activities required to optimize the CX.
• Leverage technology: Collaborate with the IT team to be ahead of the curve and launch services to ease operations and deliver growth.

Data Management:

• Collect, organize, and maintain data related to the home delivery vertical, operations, customer experience and any other requirements as stated by the Head of Home Delivery.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms and systems.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key metrics such as growth, ops metrics such as delivery time, aggregator insights, customer reviews and complaints and other reports as mentioned by the head of delivery.
• Create dashboards and visualisations to present complex data in an easy-to-understand format for stakeholders.

Qualifications and skills required:

1. Bachelors degree in business administration, logistics, operations management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the home delivery space. Logistics, e-commerce, or a similar role with a proven track record of scaling delivery operations and driving revenue growth.
3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in basic delivery management software and analytics tools.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
