To estimate the demand from Customers, designers, sales teams and identify opportunities to:
To drive adoption of already-Live offerings by aiding front-end teams and customers across all the relevant channels & platforms.
The platforms include:
1) Physical /Retail presence (Experience Centres, Offline touch-points).
2) Tech to drive adoption.
3) Digital channels (website, app, HomeLane Store, digital marketing channels).
Some of the other opportunities to drive adoption would be to:
1) Identify and maximise up-sell opportunities.
2) Own the customer offers and front-end incentives.
3) Own the overall visualization piece.
4) New direct-to-customer initiatives.
