1. Design Intern Brand Marketing Team

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute visuals for digital and offline campaigns
• Collaborate on social media creatives, banners, posters, and campaign assets
• Contribute to defining Snabbits visual identity

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma
• Bonus: Motion graphics skills (After Effects or Premiere Pro)
• Creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to experiment

2. Growth Intern

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute user acquisition & retention campaigns
• Map and optimize user journeys to improve conversion
• Track campaign performance and operational metrics
• Work cross-functionally with Ops, Tech, and Supply teams

Requirements:

• Analytical mindset with data-driven problem-solving
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Interest in marketing, growth hacking, and operations

3. Social Media Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in content creation (posts, reels, stories, memes)
• Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Track engagement metrics and support reporting
• Stay updated with trends and viral content

Requirements:

• Social media savvy with a sharp sense of platform behavior
• Bonus: Canva/Figma/Photoshop, caption writing, or video editing
• Organized and responsive with a collaborative mindset

4. Digital Marketing Intern

Responsibilities:

• Support Meta and Google Ads campaign setup and tracking
• Research industry trends and competitor strategies
• Assist with ad copy and performance reporting
• Stay updated with digital marketing best practices

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads)
• Analytical, eager to learn, and solution-oriented
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

5. Product Growth Intern

Responsibilities:

• Analyze user data to identify behavior patterns
• Conduct user interviews and suggest product improvements
• Work with Product & Design teams to document flows
• Recommend changes to improve retention and conversion

Requirements:

• Structured thinker with curiosity for product analytics
• SQL skills or willingness to learn
• Interest in UX, product funnels, and consumer behavior
