Key Responsibilities
Your exact work will vary week to week based on team priorities expect variety, ownership, and a steep learning curve.
Marketing Execution (Primary Responsibility)
- Own day-to-day marketing operations: calendar planning, campaign execution, and channel maintenance
- Create high-quality content (posts, one-pagers, case studies, emails, website) aligned with Louisa s brand
- Help set up and manage marketing funnels
- Track performance using basic analytics and propose improvements
Communications Support - Maintain a simple list of relevant publications, newsletters, and ecosystem partners.
- Find opportunities for PR support
- Support LinkedIn posts, storytelling, and communication templates used by internal teams
- Help monitor mentions, announcements, and opportunities for lightweight visibility
Business Development & Growth Support - Assist with outreach sequences, lead list preparation, and light sales operations
- Build outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and events
- Prepare briefs for leadership before key meetings
- Contribute ideas for new channels or experiments
Strategy & Special Projects - Work on projects involving market research, competitor benchmarking, ICP analysis, etc
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic positioning.
- Help structure new marketing and GTM initiatives, including playbooks and templates
- Support thought leadership content and strategic narrative development
Product & Tech Collaboration - Work with product and engineering teams to align messaging with new features
- Help test product use cases and convert them into marketing assets
- Participate in internal brainstorming sessions around growth and product adoption

- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva, Notion & analytics tools
Bonus Skills - Content writing or copywriting experience
- Comfort with website platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
- Curiosity about AI, relationship intelligence, or enterprise software
