Growth Intern

In this role as an intern for the growth team, you will be responsible for managing a large-scale social media project in each major regional language (Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi) and ensuring the execution of growth strategies for different audiences. Your work will involve close collaboration with content creators, video editors, and marketing teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in developing, implementing, and tracking the progress of growth strategies. - Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and report the numbers. - Track the progress of growth initiatives by analyzing and backtracking metrics like video performance, engagement rates, user acquisition, and audience retention. - Manage content calendars for each regional language, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns. - Help manage and set up ad campaigns to drive user acquisition and conversion. - Negotiate with partners and vendors to unlock new lead sources and channels. **Qualifications Required:** - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering). - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proactive and eager to learn.
