Growth Head - Exclusive Store

As the Growth Lead for Exclusive Stores, you will take full ownership of the business performance across a portfolio of retail stores. Your role involves driving both topline (revenue) and bottom-line (profitability) growth, ensuring each store achieves its targets, and implementing innovative strategies to deliver a superior customer experience. Collaboration with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams is essential, as you lead the execution of key strategic initiatives such as loyalty programs and omni-channel integration. Your key responsibilities include: - Taking complete ownership of the store P&L for both topline and bottom line. - Working closely with each store on a day-to-day basis to achieve target numbers. - Analyzing store performance to identify areas for improvement and taking corrective actions in real-time. - Introducing fresh ideas to enhance customer experience and drive excitement. - Collaborating with the marketing team to drive sufficient traffic in alignment with plans. - Sharing insights and best practices across stores to optimize the overall store portfolio. - Developing annual and monthly event calendars for stores, executing promotion plans, and refreshing visual merchandising. - Monitoring inventory on the supply side and ensuring availability of top-selling products and sizes. - Leading and executing strategic initiatives such as Loyalty Programs and Omni Channel implementation.
