Key Responsibilities Own the fullfunnel growth strategy from customer acquisition to retention, applying datadriven experimentation and A/B tests that are standard in modern SaaS/EdTech growth marketing Plan and execute integrated campaigns (paid social, search, email, webinars, influencer partnerships) that align with revenue goals and salesfunnel stages Develop K12 & adult learner personas and craft audiencefirst narratives that highlight SpellingHeros gamification, personalized learning paths, and adaptive difficultytop 2025 EdTech trends( digitallearninginstitute.com , numberanalytics.com ). Run content marketing and SEO programs including keyword research, onpage optimization, and backlink outreach to secure top SERP positions Manage performance dashboards ; track CAC, LTV, retention, and cohort KPIs in line with growthmarketing best practice Coordinate productled growth initiatives inside the app (inapp messages, push notifications, referral loops) to deepen engagement Collaborate with product & engineering across ESTfriendly standups to ensure marketing feedback informs roadmap prioritization Represent SpellingHero at virtual conferences & webinars targeting educators and parents, aligning with 2025 EdTech buyerjourney shifts toward AIdriven personalization 4. Minimum Qualifications 35years of digital or growthmarketing experience in EdTech, SaaS, . Demonstrated proficiency with SEO, paid ads, email automation, and social media ( careerfoundry.com , pepperlandmarketing.com ). Dataliteracy & experimentation mindset ; comfortable interpreting funnel reports and running multivariate tests( userpilot.com ). Excellent written English and storytelling skills for parent, teacher, and student audiences( pepperlandmarketing.com ).
