The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with strong backend development experience (Java or Python), who can navigate complex data ecosystems and collaborate with customers to resolve integration issues effectively. Key Responsibilities: 5+ years in Backend Engineer Data Integration & Customer Enablement Understand and work across a complex data ecosystem involving batch systems, streaming systems, Kafka, and Data Lakes. Engage directly with customers to troubleshoot issues and support their onboarding/adoption journey. Design and develop tools, backend services, and AI-enabled agents to expedite issue resolution and improve customer experience. Collaborate across teams to identify system gaps, propose improvements, and support operational excellence. Preferred Qualifications: Strong programming experience in Java or Python. Good with data engineering concepts and tools (e.g., Kafka, Datalake). Ability to understand distributed systems and debug integrations across multiple data capabilities. Proactive, customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills. Willingness to quickly learn and adopt new technologies, especially around AI enablement (prior AI experience is a plus).
