Job Title: Product Growth Associate - D2C Website

About the Role:
We're hiring a Product Growth Associate to help scale our D2C Shopify website. You will drive growth through data analysis, funnel optimization, A/B testing, and product improvements working closely with marketing, tech, and design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze website performance and user behavior to find growth opportunities . -Manage product listings and overall website operations on Shopify. -Run A/B tests and support CRO (conversion rate optimization) initiatives . -Collaborate on product launches, UX improvements, and landing pages. -Track and report key metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, etc.) -Benchmark competitors and support growth campaigns .
Requirements:
-3 years in a growth, e-commerce, or product role -Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, and Excel -Data-driven mindset with strong communication skills -Familiarity with A/B testing tools is a plus
