Role Overview This is a frontline growth role where youll build relationships with investors, explain our wealth offerings, and guide them through their investment journey. Youll not just push sales — you’ll solve for trust, transparency, and service excellence. Your success will be measured by how effectively you bring in new investors, retain existing ones, and help scale alternate asset adoption. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Growth Drive customer acquisition for wealth products: FDs, Bonds, Digital Gold/Silver, and Pre-IPO opportunities. Conduct investor consultations (calls, digital meetings, or in-person if needed). Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our product suite. Achieve growth targets while maintaining high service standards. 2. Investor Education & Relationship Management Build trust by simplifying complex products for retail and HNI clients. Guide customers end-to-end: onboarding, KYC, and execution. Act as a single point of contact for investor queries, ensuring a seamless experience. 3. Market Intelligence & Strategy Track competitor offerings, alternate asset trends, and investor sentiment. Share insights with leadership to refine product positioning and GTM strategies. Support marketing and product teams in designing customer-centric campaigns. 4. Collaboration & Execution Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive smoother investor journeys. Experiment with new acquisition channels (partnerships, digital funnels, communities). Represent the company at webinars, investor forums, or community events when required. What We’re Looking For 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management (preferably fintech/wealth management/alternate assets). Strong ability to explain Wealth products in simple language. Target-driven mindset but equally focused on service and trust-building. Analytical thinker with basic knowledge of Excel/Sheets, CRM tools. Excellent communication & people skills; ability to engage investors across demographics.
