About the Role


Looking for a proactive, growth-driven content professional who goes beyond writing copy.

This person will own the funnel and its content. From landing pages to drip campaigns ensuring that every asset contributes to growth and conversion.


The ideal candidate is part content strategist and creator, part funnel builder and part growth hacker. Someone who can write compelling content while also optimizing the channels, campaigns and touchpoints that drive measurable business outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Funnel Ownership:

    Own the customer journey from top-of-funnel content to lead nurturing drip campaigns.
  • Content with Impact:

    Write and edit high-converting landing pages, emails, newsletters and social posts with a strong focus on engagement and conversions.
  • Email Marketing:

    Build and manage drip campaigns, automated workflows and other funnel strategies to nurture leads and drive signups, community growth and monetization.
  • Optimization:

    Continuously audit and improve landing pages, email templates and campaign performance (A/B testing, subject lines, CTAs, etc.).
  • Engagement Tracking:

    Identify engagement opportunities across content and campaigns; translate newsletters and other content into conversion-oriented assets.
  • Growth Initiatives:

    Experiment with new formats (social, YouTube, etc.) and collaborate with AI tools and platforms to scale content and campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, product and community teams to align content with overall growth objectives.
  • Classroom Lesson Content

    : Assist with lesson outlines and educational content for our Skool Community with step-by-step tutorials and how-tos, as well as accompanying video scripts.
  • Monthly Reporting

    : Deliver regular reports on campaign performance and growth results, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in content marketing with a strong focus on growth, funnels and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Beehiiv, HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions, CAC/LTV, etc.).
  • Ability to write clear, persuasive and conversion-focused copy.
  • Comfort with AI tools, analytics platforms and light technical work.
  • Collaborate with AI builders and subject matter experts to craft clear, step-by-step educational content for a variety of AI and workflow builds.
  • Proactive, experimental mindset always looking for new ways to optimize growth.
  • Bonus: Experience with social media content creation (e.g., LinkedIn posts, YouTube scripts, etc.).
