Growth Associate

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, creative, and excited to experiment with AI-led marketing tools and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Retention (Primary Focus):

• Manage donor lifecycle journeys across MoEngage, WhatsApp, Email, and SMS to drive engagement, repeat donations, and retention.
• Build and optimize automated flows onboarding, reactivation, cart abandonment, and post-donation engagement.
• Analyze user cohorts, LTV, and churn data to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to personalize and test communication.
• Drive measurable improvements in repeat donation rate and user engagement metrics.

Acquisition (Secondary Focus):

• Support performance marketing campaigns on Meta and Google by analyzing ad performance and suggesting creative, targeting, and landing page optimizations.
• Collaborate with the paid marketing team to develop data-backed ad creative strategies.
• Research audience insights, ad trends, and competitive campaigns.
• Use AI tools for creative brainstorming, ad copy generation, and campaign testing.

AI-First Marketing:

• Experiment with AI tools for audience segmentation, creative generation, and campaign optimization.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive growth workflows (reporting, analysis, or personalization).
• Stay ahead of new AI marketing trends and propose ways to implement them in Donatekart's ecosystem.

What You'll Need

• 23 years of experience in growth marketing, CRM, or digital marketing roles.
• Hands-on experience with

  MoEngage (or similar CDPs/CRMs)

  and performance marketing platforms like

  Meta Ads

  and

  Google Ads

  .
• Strong analytical skills with a solid grasp of metrics like CAC, LTV, retention rate, and conversion rate.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio, etc.).
• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
• Passion for AI and social impact.
