Jr Social Media & CSR Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and post content on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
• Create engaging designs and reels using Canva and basic video editing tools.
• Support in event coordination – handling communication, logistics, and on-ground execution.
• Capture and curate stories from volunteering events for impactful storytelling.
• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns around CSR projects.
• Track social media insights and suggest improvements for engagement.
• Work closely with the CSR and Volunteering team for smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Graduate in Mass Communication / Marketing / Social Work / or related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or event coordination.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, etc.).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Passion for social impact, CSR, and volunteering initiatives.
