We seek an outcome-driven professional with 3-6 years of experience in retention, loyalty programs, or subscription-based models, ideally in digital/media environments. You will leverage data-driven strategies to reduce churn, boost engagement, and deliver minimum 15% quarterly revenue growth. An MBA from a premier institution is preferred. Key Responsibilities 1. Accelerate Subscription Revenue & Retention Drive 15%+ quarterly revenue growth through targeted campaigns, pricing strategies, and loyalty programs. Reduce paid user churn by 20% via personalized retention initiatives (e.g., win-back campaigns, subscriber perks). 2. Optimize End-to-End User Journeys Map and refine onboarding, payment, and engagement funnels to achieve 5%+ campaign conversion rates. Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to A/B test UX improvements and friction points. 3. Data-Driven Campaign Execution Design and deploy hyper-targeted campaigns (email, push, in-app) using tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, or Braze. Analyze performance metrics (CAC, LTV, churn) to iterate strategies and maximize ROI. 4. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with Marketing, Content, and Data Science teams to align growth initiatives with customer insights. Present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders based on market research and competitor benchmarking. 5. Loyalty Program Innovation Develop and scale loyalty/rewards programs to deepen engagement and subscriber lifetime value. Metrics for Success Growth: Quarterly subscription revenue, new user acquisition, and conversion rates. Retention: Paid user churn rate, reactivation rates, and cohort-based engagement (e.g., sessions/user). Efficiency: CAC reduction, ROI on campaigns, and revenue from upsell/cross-sell initiatives. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have: 3-6 years in growth/retention roles (subscription, e-commerce, or digital media). Expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), SQL, and marketing automation platforms. Proven ability to balance creativity with metrics-driven execution. Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills. Preferred: MBA Experience with loyalty platforms (e.g., Loyverse, Zinrelo) or subscription management tools. Why Join Us?
