Job Description

This role is with the Share.Market growth team at PhonePe. The candidate will be working with internal and external stakeholders for stock broking business. Key roles and responsibilities include: Monitoring of business health metrics for the category regularly Tracking of industry trends and sharing insights that could serve as growth levers for the category Work closely with the Analytics team to drive insights for the category business & formulate interventions Implement interventions to drive growth across various assets Supporting the growth manager in driving stock broking business growth Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Must be comfortable working in cross-functional teams, where immediate constituencies include the Finance, Analytics, Product, Marketing & Customer Service teams. Candidates should have Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfort with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel. Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus. Prior experience in a data-driven role and understanding of stock markets would be an advantage
