Group Sales Head

Qualifications:

• Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
• Minimum 8–10 years of sales leadership experience in real estate or related industry
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement overall sales strategy for the group
• Lead, motivate, and mentor Project Sales Heads & Sales Managers
• Conduct weekly review meetings with the team and present reports to management
• Give Weekly Feedbacks to Marketing Team for lead quality & campaign performance
• Maintain strong broker/associate network for channel sales
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine strategies
• Ensure monthly/quarterly sales targets are achieved

Approve incentive structures and performance appraisals
