Project Sales Head

Qualifications:

• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial projects)
• Strong client handling and closing skills
• Excellent broker/channel partner relations
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Sales Managers & Receptionists under the project
• Handle associate/broker relations and generate sales via channel partners
• Monitor lead conversion funnel (Refined Leads → Site Visits → Booking)
• Provide weekly project sales reports to Group Sales Head
• Suggest feedback for marketing team to Group Sales Head
• Ensure smooth customer experience during site visits and documentation
• Achieve assigned project sales targets
