Job Description

Architect scalable systems and frameworks to utilize Truecaller s data for ads use cases
Partner with engineering, data science, product, and other cross-functional teams to bring data-driven products to life
Develop advanced audience segmentation for innovative targeting solutions
Unlock new user signals to improve targeting in a privacy compliant manner
Build advanced models for real-time pricing and ad yield optimizations
Design the ad recommendation engine to show the right ad to the right user at the right time while achieving the advertiser objectives
Build robust A/B testing & experimentation frameworks
Design a scalable framework to continuously test multiple hypotheses at scale for continuous improvement
Develop internal and external analytics and reporting platform
Ensure advertisers and internal stakeholders get actionable, real-time insights
Continuously explore new data use cases to strengthen monetization
Lead a team of passionate analysts who live and breathe data and inculcate a strong culture of data-driven decision making, experimentation, and bias for action

What you bring in:

8+ years of experience in building and scaling data-driven platforms
3+ years of experience in leading and managing data teams
Proven experience of having worked on large scale consumer platforms
Strong foundation in data science, ML/AI modeling, and analytics systems
Proven ability to lead a focused team, set strategy, and drive execution in a cross-functional setting
Curious, outcome-driven, with a bias towards experimentation and continuous improvement
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a get things done attitude
Understanding of the ads ecosystem and prior ad-tech experience is a bonus
