Job Description

Intuit Management consultancy is looking for Group Product Manager/ Principal Product Manager to join our team

Establish a high-performance culture through rigorous product management craft, ambitious goals, and effective delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create and refine product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to accelerate use case maturity.
Develop and maintain a network throughout the organization to effectively communicate and align on priorities.
Champion durable capabilities, use case solutions, and clear prioritization to rapidly deliver impact.
Teach, coach, and mentor across the product management organization, establishing best practices and enhancing how we work.
Drive transformation at an enterprise level for large organizations evolving to next-generation capabilities, including AI adoption in marketing use cases.

Job Requirements

Deep domain experience building core financial products and solutions like FP&A or a strong consulting background in FP&A.
Strong product management background with proven leadership and communication skills.
Ability to drive change in a matrixed environment and depth/breadth of experience with product management to solve business challenges.
High degree of curiosity and bias towards experimentation to learn quickly.
Proven ability to develop and champion a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product area in support of customer needs and company objectives.
Technically conversant and forward-thinking in areas of finance, analytics, and AI.
Skilled in evaluating the competitive landscape, identifying compelling solutions, analyzing technologies, and assessing the importance of emerging tools and platforms.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to persuade, communicate the vision, and motivate people at every level.
Relevant undergraduate degree required; advanced degree like MBA/CPA/CFA preferred.
