Job Description

Education BVSC/MVSC + MBA/PGDM with min 10yrs experience in poultry segment Location - Bangalore. 1. Facilitate achieving budget of for the Poultry Segment of animal health division through co-ordination with cross-functional teams 2. Driving new product development (NPDs), launch of new products and new ideas with thorough market insights 3. Guiding team to design & execute quarterly marketing plans, supporting incentive plans, retail schemes and Bandhan, developing long-term plans, AOPs, competitor insights and periodical price revisions - Guide & co-create broader marketing plans (Promotional Inputs, Incentive, Campaigns, Executional strategies) with the help of Product Management Team Designing innovative value and brand incentives Periodical review (Monthly/Quarterly/Half-yearly) of sales team Periodical price revisions, competitor insights and strategies, market insights etc. 4. Enhancing our product reach to customers through impactful awareness programs, building strong and loyal prescriber base and ways to enhance customer knowledge - Event and activities planning to reach out end customers. Managing Social Media platforms viz., LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook accounts for HWC Technical bulletin Vet Info-H to be more inclusive and updated information to the customers. Handling field queries (technical/ techno-commercial) pertinent to our products 5. Developing product manager and executives to handle technical and marketing activities - Provide guidance and support for capacity building for uplifting the processes and marketing capabilities
