Job Description

The main purpose of the role is to implement a marketing and sales strategy for one or more of the organization's complex, controversial, or strategically significant products/services. This is done in order to meet established sales or market share targets effectively. The responsibilities of the role include conducting market research, overseeing product development and design, setting prices, launching new products, overseeing advertising campaigns, and monitoring sales performance for the assigned products/services. The individual is also required to monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities. Additionally, monitoring product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas, identify necessary changes to meet customer needs, and liaising with other departments within the organization to implement these changes are crucial aspects of the role. Furthermore, preparing sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts, and adapting plans to improve the sales performance of the product/service are key responsibilities. Collaborating with advertising and promotions specialists to design effective sales campaigns and sales collateral for the product/service that are suitable for the target audience is also a part of the role. The ideal candidate should possess at least an Associates Degree (13 years) or a Masters Degree (18 years) in Engineering, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing and sales.,
