The main purpose of the role is to implement a marketing and sales strategy for one or more of the organization's more complex, controversial, or strategically significant products/services in order to meet established sales or market share targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, overseeing product development and design, setting prices, launching new products, overseeing advertising campaigns, and monitoring sales performance to effectively market assigned products/services. This involves monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating domestic and international market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service. Additionally, monitoring product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas, identifying product/service changes to meet customer needs, and liaising with other areas of the organization to implement these changes are crucial aspects of the role. Preparing sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts, and adapting plans to improve the sales performance of the product/service are essential responsibilities. Collaboration with advertising and promotions specialists to design sales campaigns and sales collateral that are effective and appropriate for the target audience is also part of the role. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience and possess at least an Associates Degree (13 years) or a Masters Degree (18 years) in Engineering.,
