Group Product Manager

The company is urgently hiring for the position of Group Product Manager based in Ludhiana. As a Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for proactively developing marketing and promotional strategies to align with brand objectives and customer needs. You will be required to monitor business performance and external environment using appropriate tools and take corrective actions when necessary to achieve business objectives. Collaboration with external agencies to implement brand initiatives and accurate management of brand budgets will be part of your responsibilities. You will be expected to create and execute operational plans tailored to the brand's life cycle in order to maximize returns. The role entails full accountability for the brand and overseeing the delivery of all related programs. In-depth understanding of diseases and market dynamics to develop customer insights using appropriate tools and techniques is crucial. Supporting the team to reach collective goals and managing external agencies to align with team objectives are key aspects of this role. As a Group Product Manager, you will act as a brand champion to foster enthusiasm and alignment internally as well as with external customers and agencies. The position also involves mandatory fieldwork for 12 to 14 days and managing conferences at various levels. The ideal candidate should possess a university degree or equivalent in Science, with a preference for a Master's or Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing. A minimum of 5 to 6 years of extensive experience in Brand Management within the Orthopedics sector is required, and sales experience would be considered an added advantage.
