Job Description

Group Pricing Actuary / Manager

group life pricing (term, credit life, etc.)

This is a key position within the actuarial function, working closely with Sales, Underwriting, Reinsurance, and Finance teams to deliver competitive and profitable group insurance solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:
Minimum 6 years in
group pricing or related actuarial work
in life insurance.
Actuarial Exams:
Not mandatory — any cleared papers will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of
group life products
(term, credit life, employee benefits, etc.).
Exposure to
reinsurance pricing and negotiations
.
Proficiency in
Excel, R, Python, or actuarial modelling tools
.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
