Group Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview: As a Performance Marketing Manager at ISP in Bangalore, India, on a 6-month fixed term contract, your main role is to drive various marketing initiatives, enhance school enrolments, and optimize overall digital marketing performance to drive admission growth across ISP schools in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, deliver, and optimize the regional digital performance marketing strategy aligned with growth targets and regional nuances. - Own the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns through digital channels to drive customer acquisition and retention. - Define, track, and report on key metrics for success, including campaign performance, lead quality, and pipeline contribution. - Support the management of the marketing budget to ensure efficient spend across campaigns and vendors for maximum ROI. - Identify and execute growth opportunities, testing new initiatives to improve marketing performance and ROI. - Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure regional initiatives support the overarching digital strategy, customer success, and enrolment objectives. - Drive performance and accountability with relevant partner agencies to deliver exceptional results for ISP. Qualifications Required: - University degree, with specialization in Marketing preferred. - 7+ years of experience in performance marketing. - Proven experience in scaling digital marketing capabilities and optimizing performance and ROI. - Experience using key performance marketing platforms including Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and HubSpot. - Demonstrable experience in managing marketing agencies. - Experience working in a global, matrix organization. - Exceptional communication and project management skills. - Strong understanding of analysis and optimization processes across key marketing platforms.,
