Group Performance Marketing Manager

The main purpose of the ISP Performance Marketing Manager role in Bangalore, India (6-month fixed term contract) is to drive marketing initiatives, enhance school enrolments, and optimize digital marketing performance to boost admission growth across ISP schools in the region. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will support demand generation and growth initiatives across 10+ schools. You will craft and execute regional marketing strategies to build brand awareness, generate demand, and drive customer acquisition and growth. Collaboration with the regional marketing team and local agencies is crucial to tailor campaigns for the unique needs of local markets. Your responsibilities include developing, delivering, and optimizing the regional digital performance marketing strategy aligned with growth targets and regional nuances. You will own the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns through digital channels to drive customer acquisition and retention. Data analysis and reporting on key metrics, budget management, testing and optimization initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration are essential components of this role. Key qualifications for this role include a university degree with a specialization in Marketing, 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, proven experience in scaling digital marketing capabilities, proficiency in key performance marketing platforms, managing marketing agencies, working in a global matrix organization, exceptional communication and project management skills, and strong understanding of analysis and optimization processes.
